Job Objectives

  • Act as Process Owner Delegate Logistics, focus APAC
  • Define and Design Logistics Processes APAC and global
  • Drive logistical transformation by leading work packages
  • Define and test logistics solutions in digital tools (SAP and other)

Job Responsibilities

1. POD Responsibility for Logistics

  • Representing APAC in the global Process Definition
  • Responsible to define requirements and perform User Acceptance test representing warehouse, validate changes for APAC region
  • Lead work packages in projects
  • POD of contact for APAC region: SIN, DXB and China
  • Member of network of global logistics PODs located in HAM, CPH, IAD
  • Stakeholder Management with the linked functions (COH, Quality, Planning/SC, PM, Repair)
  • Facilitation of APAC community of Process Specialists (communication of change, discussion of improvements)
  • Consulting/Supporting HO Logistic HUB SIN, WH Managers APAC and global

2. Responsible to drive requirements definition our of operational
and project needs into the right channels (documents, systems)

3. Responsible to drive Satair process referentials (Symbio, SOPs)

4. Define and perform trainings for warehouses in APAC
