Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Legal Intern to support our in-house Legal team in delivering high-quality legal guidance and operational support to the business. This role provides hands-on exposure to corporate and commercial law, contract management, compliance, and various legal processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic, professional environment.

  • Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, competition, employment, and general business law topics.

  • Assist in preparing summaries, briefs, and internal guidance documents under close supervision.

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, formatting, and maintaining legal documents and agreements.

  • Support contract execution workflows and legal records management.

  • Support day-to-day administrative activities, scheduling, data entry, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

We are looking for

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field.

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in both English and a secondary Asian language would be advantageous i.e. Mandarin, Bahasa, Korean, Japanese.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Able to commit to a part-time/full-time basis for a minimum of 3-6 months

  • Familiarity with Copilot or other AI tools
