We are hiring for a Legal Operations Intern from January 2026 to July 2026 with a minimum commitment of 3 months. Please indicate your available dates in your Cover Letter and submit your CV together with any unofficial transcripts.

Core Responsibilities
In close collaboration with Head of Legal Tech, Operations and Transformation and members of the team support the Legal Technology, Operations & Transformation agenda and roadmap, which includes to:
- Support the strategic priorities of the Legal, Compliance and Risk Management (“LCR”) team
- Support efficiency, innovation and digitalization initiatives in LCR including support with implementation of legal tech solutions and other legal operations best practices, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate, recommend, and engage with legal technology tools available, to provide support to efficiently manage your projects.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills of working with the Best Project Delivery approach (i.e. Stakeholder, Change and Communication management)
- Continuous collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to support time and cost efficiency

LCR Legal Tech, Operations and Transformation is a recently established local/global team located in Billund and Singapore, consisting of a variety of positions with both legal and non-legal backgrounds
The main focus of the team is to:
- Drive efficiency, innovation & digitalization in our processes and tools
- Drive projects and tasks that support the legal department and the LEGO Group's strategic priorities.
- Provide operational, tactical and strategic legal tech, operation and transformation support
- Continuous collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to support time and cost efficiency
Do you have what it takes?
- Currently enrolled or studying (1) Law, (2) Computing and Law, or (3) similar fields.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience required
- Ability to work independently and highly organized
- Strong research and communication capabilities
- An energetic, proactive, can-do attitude
- A global mindset and perspective
- Able to thrive in ‘Best of Both’ work environment (i.e. minimum 3 days per week in the office)
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues at various levels and across global offices demonstrating teamwork
- Willingness to share ideas on identifying opportunities for improvement in terms of project delivery approach
- Interest and capabilities in technology, especially the use of legal technology and generative AI
- Interest and capabilities in data analytics and/or presentation of data in user-friendly charts and graphs
- Interest and capabilities in using various types of communication and collaboration mediums (e.g. SharePoint editing, use of Miro boards, PowerPoint editing, video editing)
- Proficient in English Language (spoken/ written)
