Summary

The Senior/Lead Product Manager, Enterprise is responsible for platform initiatives for enterprise growth, operational efficiency and finance related initiatives.

Key responsibilities

- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap for enterprise solutions, aligned with business goals and market demands.

- Market Research: Analyse industry trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify product opportunities and risks.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (issuance, engineering, sales, legal, risk and compliance, and operations) to translate business objectives into technical requirements and ensure successful product launches.

- Finance knowledge: Strong knowledge in alternative investment products and

- Strong Technical Focus: Ensure product development is driven by clear, well-defined technical requirements and streamlined processes, working closely with engineering to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.

- Client Engagement: Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide tailored product solutions.

- Product Lifecycle Management: Own the product development process from concept to launch, including post-launch performance analysis and continuous improvement.

- Compliance & Security: Ensure products comply with regulatory standards,- focusing on security and scalability for institutional clients.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 6-10 years of experience in product management or in Operations in banks or other Financial Institutions, with at least 3 years in enterprise or B2B software.

- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, or fintech.

- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

- Technical Knowledge: Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.

- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or digital asset firms.

- Knowledge of enterprise-grade software solutions for financial institutions or large corporations.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the digital assets or financial technology sector.

- Knowledge of alternative investment structures and experience in building infrastructure for it
