The KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - EXISTING BUSINESS main role will be to manage a portfolio of active Corporate accounts and deliver sustainable profitable growth - in Singapore
  • Manage list of Active Corporate accounts in Singapore
  • Develop sustainably profitable growth looking at upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Advocate Lyreco value proposition to your portfolio ensuring customers get a full comprehension of Lyreco capabilities 
  • Arrange regular Account Development Plan either face-to-face or through video call
  • Cooperation with other internal departments (CS, Logistics, Marketing) to deliver excellent service and proper customized solutions
  • Support to coordinate special sourcing request from customer following company guidelines
  • Pricing & margin management
  • To report on sales activities and update CRM on activities and opportunities and progress 
  • Functional coordination with the International Account Manager to respect global tender and agreement conditions 
  • Help to digitalize customer's order-to-pay journey using Lyreco e-solution 
  • Work closely with Corporate Inside Sales team to develop sales and manage most efficient processes to manage customers requirements
  • Carry out any other adhoc reasonable assignment from the management team from time to time 

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in any studies 
  • Strong analytical skills, Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Strong negotiation skills, Strong sales pipeline management skills   
  • Diving License is a plus
  • Physical able
  • Good Communication and Persuasion skills.
  • Solution oriented mindset
  • Good organizational skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in B2B field engaging with Corporate Large accounts or service based sales position
