Key Account Manager – Southeast Asia

We’re looking for a commercially driven and technically capable Key Account Manager to lead growth across key marine accounts in South and Southeast Asia.

This is a high-impact role focused on building strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering integrated technical solutions across our leading brands.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and deliver key account plans to drive revenue, market share, and profitability
  • Build and grow strategic relationships with OEMs and key customers across Asia
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across marine and mobile segments
  • Partner with regional and global teams (Sales, Connect, Marketing, Operations) to deliver integrated customer solutions
  • Present and position technical solutions in a clear, commercially compelling way
  • Act as a subject matter expert across our product portfolio and emerging technologies
  • Represent Navico Group at customer engagements, industry events, and trade shows

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience in key account management, technical sales, or business development within a B2B or OEM environment
  • Background in marine, mobile, electrical, or related technical industries
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear commercial value
  • Proven success managing multi-stakeholder customer relationships
  • Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving capability
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on growth, margin, and long-term partnerships
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of your time within Asia
