Market Development & Forecasting
Identify and forecast sales potential within the Industrial Solutions (IS) market. Take full accountability for achieving assigned sales targets and driving sustainable growth.

Market & Competitor Insights
Continuously monitor and assess market trends, customer behaviours, and the activities of key stakeholders—including end users, consultants, designers, channel partners, and competitors. Translate these insights into effective marketing strategies and actionable sales initiatives.

Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their operational needs and recommending targeted GF solutions. Leverage account insights to broaden engagement and maximise overall sales potential.

New Business Development
Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business prospects and opportunities across relevant industry segments. Expand GF’s presence in both existing and untapped markets.

Customer Service & Operations Collaboration
Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to address service issues, ensure fulfilment reliability, and provide accurate input for stock planning and demand forecasting.

CRM Discipline & Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activities in the CRM system, including customer data management, visit planning, timely submission of visit reports, and updates on project pipelines and opportunity status.
