WHO WE ARE:

As Singapore’s longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932. How? By taking the time to truly understand people. From there, we provide support, services, solutions, and career paths that meet their individual needs and desires.

Today, we’re on a journey of transformation. Leveraging technology and creativity to become a future-ready learning organisation. But for all that change, our strategic ambition is consistently clear and bold, which is to be Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.

We invite you to build the bank of the future. Innovate the way we deliver financial services. Work in friendly, supportive teams. Build lasting value in your community. Help people grow their assets, business, and investments. Take your learning as far as you can. Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.

Your Opportunity Starts Here.

Why Join

Be part of the team driving growth in OCBC’s wealth and affluent segments. As a Wealth & Affluent Marketing Intern, you’ll gain exposure to investment and wealth marketing while working alongside a dynamic squad focused on driving sales and revenue for the bank. How you succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll be adaptable, organised, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders. You’ll enjoy translating ideas into action, keeping campaigns on track, and learning how marketing initiatives are executed end‑to‑end. What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Execution: support end‑to‑end planning and execution of campaigns to drive digital wealth sales

  • Campaign Setup & Monitoring: assist with campaign configuration, monitoring, and optimisation
  • Tracking & Reporting: support tagging, tracking, and reporting of campaign performance across digital channels
  • Competitive Analysis: conduct analysis on competitors and trends within the digital wealth marketing space
  • Post‑Campaign Analysis: assist with post‑campaign reviews and insights generation
  • Operational Support: support administrative tasks such as invoice processing and promotion fulfilment

Who you work with

You’ll be part of the Wealth & Affluent Marketing team within Global Consumer Financial Services, working closely with product, digital, compliance, and agency partners. The team focuses on engaging different customer segments, creating stickiness, and unlocking upsell opportunities across OCBC’s retail banking and wealth offerings.

Who you are

  • Interested in marketing, digital campaigns, and wealth or investment products
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple deliverables
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organised, responsible, and able to manage timelines and follow‑through
  • Curious about banking products and customer segments across the retail banking landscape
  • Knowledge of investment or wealth products is an advantage but not required
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree

  • Understanding of different retail banking products and customer segments
  • Hands‑on experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
  • Opportunities to learn how marketing drives customer engagement, stickiness, and revenue growth
