Lead Markets Operations control, country oversight and data governance: design and embed control frameworks, ensure regulatory and country compliance, run data strategy and MIS, establish KPI/KRI/SLA reporting, drive control transformation and automation, and build a specialist team to sustain operational resilience and assurance.

Execute user-side UAT and regression testing for Trade Finance systems. Design test scripts, run manual tests, log and track defects, coordinate fixes with IT and vendors, prepare user training materials, and review functional documentation to ensure high-quality production rollouts.
