Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily trading activities across the Securities Finance Trading products
  • Promote effective communication and coordination across all trading groups and global desks; ensure efficient use of all available inventory available to capture and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Expand and manage sourcing and distribution relationships in support of business growth; operate as senior escalation point for all day-to-day trading and counterparty related issues
  • Support Sales/Origination teams for new relationship pitches; price prospect portfolios for equity finance value
  • Participate in annual budgeting and capital planning exercise
  • Manage capital and balance sheet efficiency for securities finance trading products, ensuring that the business optimises usage within approved ALCO limits
  • Implement agreed market risk framework, monitoring to ensure Securities Finance Trading activities are conducted within approved risk guidelines and required regulatory compliance

Qualifications requirements:

  • 15-18 years of relevant experience in Securities Financing and related financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory environment affecting Securities Financing and capital markets across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional client management and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships.
