【Position Summary】

The Total Rewards Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that support compensation program management, organizational transformation, and merger and acquisition (M&A) integration activities. This role is responsible for planning and executing post-merger rewards integration programs, harmonizing compensation and benefits, supporting job architecture and leveling initiatives, and driving enterprise-wide Total Rewards projects. 

The successful candidate combines strong compensation and rewards expertise with proven project management capabilities and the ability to influence stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, business leadership, and acquired organizations. This role serves as a key partner in ensuring consistent and scalable rewards practices that support business growth and organizational transformation. 

【Key Responsibilities 】

Merger & Acquisition Integration 

  • Lead Total Rewards workstreams for acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructuring activities. 

  • Support end-to-end post-merger integration planning and execution for compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. 

  • Conduct due diligence reviews of compensation structures, incentive plans, job architecture, benefits, and reward practices. 

  • Identify integration risks, cost implications, and employee experience considerations. 

  • Develop and execute transition plans that align acquired organizations with company Total Rewards programs and governance standards. 

Rewards Harmonization 

  • Lead harmonization of compensation, incentive, and rewards programs across acquired or reorganized businesses. 

  • Develop recommendations to align pay structures, incentive plans, allowances, and recognition programs. 

  • Evaluate internal equity and employee impact during integration activities. 

  • Partner with regional and global HR teams to implement consistent rewards frameworks while addressing local requirements. 

  • Support change management and communications associated with rewards integration initiatives. 

Job Architecture, Leveling & Mapping 

  • Lead job leveling and job mapping exercises related to acquisitions, organizational redesigns, and workforce transformations. 

  • Assess legacy roles and map positions into corporate job architecture frameworks. 

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to determine appropriate job levels and career frameworks. 

  • Support development and maintenance of job families, career paths, salary structures, and leveling guidelines. 

  • Conduct organizational analysis to ensure consistency and alignment across functions and geographies. 

Compensation Programs 

  • Support design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs  

  • Provide analytical support for compensation planning cycles and integration-related compensation decisions. 

  • Develop modeling and scenario analyses for workforce and rewards transformation projects. 

Program & Project Management 

  • Manage Total Rewards initiatives from planning through implementation. 

  • Develop project plans, governance processes, risk assessments, timelines, and status reporting. 

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders. 

  • Track project milestones, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive experience across one or more of the following domains: Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Transformation, HR Project Management, or M&A / organizational transformation initiatives (including PMI).
  • Experience with job architecture, leveling, and role mapping methodologies. 
  • Strong project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience in a global multinational organization.
