Develop desktop and cloud-based software tools for Renesas microcontrollers, translating requirements into design documents and production code. Create test specifications, perform software testing, and provide customer technical support, training, and documentation for microcomputer applications. The role requires strong programming skills in Java, TypeScript, and Python, familiarity with web front-end development and object-oriented design, and effective collaboration and communication skills.

Provides semiconductor test operations and engineering support after manufacturing release. Responsibilities include managing test operations with internal factories and outsourced suppliers, coordinating product transfers to high-volume manufacturing, expanding test capacity, deploying tester and handler technologies, troubleshooting hardware, tracking OEE and yield, improving cycle time and retest performance, and driving continuous improvement across global manufacturing sites.

Provide semiconductor test operations and engineering support across internal factories and OSAT suppliers. Manage lot tracking, test program releases, hardware troubleshooting, equipment uptime, tester utilization, capacity expansion, technology deployment, and probe/final test transfers. Drive improvements in OEE, yield, cycle time, retest, and gross margins while coordinating with product, supply chain, quality, packaging, foundry, and PMO teams across global locations.
