Provide test operations and engineering support for post‑manufacturing semiconductor products across internal and OSAT sites. Drive test program releases, lot tracking, hardware troubleshooting, tester utilization/OEE, capacity expansions, process improvements, and yield/OEE/retest margin initiatives while coordinating with product, supply chain, quality, and foundry teams.
