As an HR Business Partner for our diverse engineering teams in Singapore, you'll be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, driving HR solutions that resonate with our business objectives. In this key role, you’ll craft and implement innovative HR strategies that not only support our operational goals but also nurture a vibrant workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership

  • Actively contribute to business strategy, delivery, and decisions, ensuring that HR issues and consequences are considered at the earliest possible point in decision-making.
  • Coach and advise business leaders in shaping the leadership skills and competencies required for the business.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, facilitating open communication and collaboration to drive HR initiatives that meet both employee and business needs.

Employee Relations

  • Provide advice and consultancy to line managers on people management topics, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Focus on employee retention by listening to feedback and proposing effective retention strategies for the business.

Talent Management

  • Workforce planning, including talent management and succession planning, while maintaining an account of employee skills.
  • Actively involved in recruitment activities, selecting and interviewing candidates to find the right fit for the roles.

Change Management

  • Support organizational change initiatives by implementing effective HR solutions and fostering team cohesion

Ideal Candidate Prerequisites:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and assertive HR professional, dedicated to driving results and fostering a collaborative environment. You should possess a strong customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and influence stakeholders effectively. Additionally, ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of local and regional labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.

  • Experience: At least 8-12 years of relevant HR experience, demonstrating a solid track record in strategic HR roles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Skills:
    • Hands-on approach to problem-solving and project execution.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to navigate complex situations with confidence and clarity.
