The Robotics & Automation Engineer assists in deploying and optimizing robotic automation, integrating with manufacturing, and supporting digital manufacturing solutions.

Drive governance, roadmaps, cross-team alignment, risk mitigation, mentoring, and external representation while supporting product and engineering delivery in air traffic management contexts.

Provide post-sales technical support for Thales authentication and encryption products: troubleshoot complex issues, interpret logs, reproduce bugs, recommend workarounds, lead critical escalations, mentor support engineers, own product knowledge base, and support new product introductions and hotfix deployments.
