Supervise production lines, coordinate workflow, troubleshoot issues, manage operator performance, and ensure product quality and safety standards. Assist in improving production methods and training staff.

Serve as the voice of the customer for ATM product delivery: manage and prioritize team backlog, create and break down stories with acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements, coordinate with RTEs and architects, participate in PI planning and ART events, ensure built-in quality and regulatory/safety alignment, run demos and collect user feedback to deliver mission-critical capabilities.

Provide legal and contract support across Southeast Asia for Thales MCS business: draft/ negotiate contracts, advise on bids, manage project risks and disputes, implement compliance (anticorruption, GDPR, trade), perform third-party due diligence, liaise with external counsel, and deliver training and legal intelligence to stakeholders.
