Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Accurately execute client trading instructions in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with market regulations and internal policies.

  • Manage margin calls and execure forced liquidations efficiently, minimizing risk exposure in accordance with the approved company policies and procedures.

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to grow the client base and increase revenues.

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address inquires, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty to meet their evolving needs.

  • Monitor market movements and provide insights to clients to support informed decision-making.

  • Support compliance, audit and risk management initiatives related to futures trading activities.

  • Assist in the development of new trading products and client solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, statistics or a related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in futures trading and clearing, with a strong understanding of market regulations and industry practices.

  • Possess CMFAS modules RES2A(formally known as 2A), CM-SIP(formally known as 6A).

  • Excellent knowledge of margin call procedures and forced liquidation processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to execute trading instructions accurately and efficiently.

  • Strong sales and marketing skills in developing and implementing successful strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely resolution of client queries and issues.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving complex issues.

  • Sound knowledge of financial products, derivatives, and risk management principles.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and trading platforms.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients and internal stakeholders
