As a Finance Intern, you will assist in a high-impact transformation project aimed at simplifying the legal footprint of Sanofi. The successful candidate will lead and influence a highly cross-functional project, working closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution.

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive and Coordinate Project Activities: Collaborate with different workstreams, including commercial, supply chain, HR, legal, regulatory, and finance functions (Tax, Treasury, Accounting), to drive and coordinate project activities.
  • Facilitate Meetings: Organize and facilitate meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication among workstreams.
  • Track Project Progress: Monitor the progress of the project against the plan (budget, timelines) and take corrective actions to stay on schedule.
  • Communicate Project Status: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, issues, and progress.
  • Implement Communication and Change Management Plans: Develop and execute communication plans and change management strategies to minimize disruption during the transition.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with workstream leads.
  • Prepare Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports and meeting minutes.

About you

Experiences/Competencies Required

  • Education: Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance
  • Prior experience in Project Management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power point, Word
  • Proactive, Self-motivated and ability to work independently, problem solving skills.
  • Can work in multi-tasking environment.
  • Can connect the dots and think strategically.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to develop and learn.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Effective communication at all levels.
