Job Description
Management & Strategic Support
•
Act as a key execution partner, working closely with stakeholders across the bank (including Legal, Tax, Risk, Operations, and Technology) to resolve ad‑hoc cases, portfolio‑related issues, and cross‑functional matters in support of management and strategic initiatives.
•
Provide execution and analytical support for ad‑hoc requests, strategic initiatives, and management‑level analyses within the DPM function.
•
Coordinate timely responses to urgent front office queries, portfolio-related matters, and senior stakeholder requests.
•
Support preparation of management presentations, governance papers, and committee materials as required.
•
Contribute to the prioritization, tracking, and execution of strategic and operational initiatives across the DPM platform.
Portfolio Management Support
•
Support day-to-day portfolio management activities for the DPM team, including opening/closing accounts, operational matters.
•
Execute asset allocation and investment strategies as directed by Portfolio managers across equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, and foreign exchange.
•
Support the preparation of marketing proposals, presentation materials, and market commentary for internal and client communications.
•
Deliver accurate and timely portfolio performance reporting, including regular and ad-hoc investment review materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
•
Contribute to performance monitoring and ongoing risk management processes.
Reporting & Analytics
•
Extract and analyze portfolio data for portfolio reviews, campaign targeting and business intelligence purposes.
