To support Renesas's growing business. Business processes and related interfaces need to be reviewed and adjusted in an efficient manner.
Maintain Renesas's Quality System and QMS Certifications
Manage related Quality Group Personnel
Dimensions:
Manages high performance Quality Teams in Europe, US, and Asia
Defines and agrees business processes and interfaces with related department
Defines and agrees improvement actions with customers and subcontractors
Principal Accountabilities:
Quality System, Methods & Data
Plan and perform Interna! Audits
Implement measures for Continuous lmprovement in Quality System
Train employees on new / revised procedures
Prepare and conduct quality training
Monitor calibration controls
Generate and issue related reports
Implement related procedures
Maintain Renesas's Doc System
Attend relevant meetings related to topics on Interna! process lmprovement in general and data management where applicable (e.g. PLM, Change Review Board, Non conformance of material required for shipment, etc... ).
Liaise with internal and external counterpart where relevant and applicable.
Establish and maintain good internal relationships. (e.g. Cross functional activities)
Ensure that technical related issues are reported & discussed during the team meetings
Ensure that weekly activities & reporting is consistently published
Key Performance Measures:
Business expectations are met (Interna! processes are coordinated and improved where possible and applicable)
A good work relationship is always maintained within Global Manufacturing & Quality and through cross functional activities
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Fluent in English language
Job experience 12+ years
High level of experience in the semiconductor business associated with technical knowledge and experience in Quality
Interna! process analysis and coordination
Team leadership skills
Qualifications:
Academic/Engineering achievement, good communication and leadership
