About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Finance Manager with strong accounting and financial analysis skills to support our rapidly evolving product portfolio. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to design data and accounting flows, improve reporting quality, and drive insights on revenue and costs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Policy
  
  • Define and maintain accounting policies for new and existing products under IFRS; US GAAP knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Translate business and product requirements into clear data, accounting, and reporting requirements (both financial and management reporting).
• New Product Launch Support
  
  • Participate in product design and launch discussions as the finance representative.
  • Specify data capture and booking logic for new products; ensure alignment with automated bookkeeping / reporting systems.
  • Monitor post-launch data quality, identify issues, and work with Product/Tech to drive resolution.
• Data, Systems & Projects
  
  • Contribute to systematic and AI-driven solutions that enhance automation, data accuracy, and closing efficiency.
  • Take ownership of project planning: define scope, milestones, and timelines, track progress to completion, and ensure successful go-live.
• Revenue & Cost Analytics
  
  • Perform deep-dive revenue and cost analysis across products, markets, and channels.
  • Identify revenue anomalies or leakage, and work with business teams to resolve issues.
  • Explore and size cost-saving opportunities, including channel optimization, pricing inputs, and product design impacts.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Ops, and Data teams to ensure end-to-end consistency from transaction to reporting.
  • Prepare clear analysis and recommendations for leaders

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant working experience in finance, accounting, audit, or product finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Big 4 experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of IFRS; exposure to US GAAP preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; comfortable working with large datasets.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• Proactive, ambitious about building systematic / automated / AI-driven solutions, and able to drive initiatives from planning through execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication English and Chinese.
