The Digital Sales Operation Analyst coordinates sales operations, develops revenue forecasts, analyzes sales data, and supports the sales team across AMEA region.

The opportunity:
The Sales operations analyst coordinates people, processes and tools of the sales organization in the most efficient way possible. The goal is to achieve the Group’s ambition of profitable and sustainable order intake.
The successful candidate will be a leader who shows initiative in improving the way the team works, elaborating and monitoring the Revenue Forecast for Solutions & Services activities related to the PAY Business line in Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMEA) region.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the AMEA region Monthly revenue Forecasts elaboration with Sales team, Customer Services, Finance & Delivery Centers with a 18 months horizon (integrating Sales Forecasts, ongoing projects & Past Revenue):
- Monthly Sales, CS & Delivery centers forecasts reviews/meetings/presentations
- Monthly Forecast variations follow-up & analysis
- Risks & Opportunities identifications & analysis and reporting
- Accuracy Analysis on Monthly basis
- Provide training and support to the sales team on best practices, tools, and processes
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure sales operations align with project delivery timelines and objectives
- Oversee the use of T360 Thales CRM to manage sales forecasting ensuring data accuracy and leveraging the platform for reporting and analytics
- Consolidation the use of the Monthly AMEA forecast: for Management & Financial Reporting
- Internal interfaces with Accounts Managers & Digital Sales, Finance, Marketing, Delivery Centers, Customer Services
Requirements:
- Relevant educational background with 2 to 5 years of experience in Marketing or Finance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in Financial Software/Solutions rules
- Strong written and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong ability to “make things happen”: coordinating between people, following up on them, helping to solve problems or direct towards problems solving
- Team player with strong commitment to accomplish tasks and goals
- Strong capability to adapt to changes and ability to motivate others to action
- Organized, autonomous, resilient, able to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, Power Bi, Power Query, BI
