Responsibilities

  • Perform large-scale data cleansing activities to identify and correct inaccurate, incomplete, duplicate or outdated customer records.
  • Update and correct customer information across multiple systems in accordance with established data standards.
  • Notify customers via SMS/Email/Call for the update of customer information if required as part of the data cleansing process.
  • Adhere to defined turnaround times and productivity benchmarks when handling high data volumes.
  • Validate customer data by cross-checking system records against supporting documents such as application forms, identification documents, etc.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by reviewing source documents and coordinating with relevant teams when clarification is required.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal data governance requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to details to minimize data entry and correction errors.
  • Handle sensitive customer information in compliance with data privacy, security and confidentiality policies.

Requirements

  • Education: Polytechnic Diploma or Degree
  • Experience: Preferably minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • IT & Computer Proficiency: IT-savvy with strong in MS Office; ability to work confidently with multiple systems and digital tools
