About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

Initiative Ownership & Delivery

  • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned BIO initiatives, including lead generation,
    LIG, and worksite marketing programmes, to improve agent productivity and
    activation.
  • Develop execution plans, milestones, operating models, and success metrics.
  • Monitor delivery risks and proactively propose mitigations.
  • Support in dentifying partnership opportunities and translate them into
    practical, scalable initiatives across districts.

Distribution & District Enablement

  • Partner closely with Sales teams (SDOAs & BDMs) to achieve business
    outcomes through district engagements, capability building, and programme
    rollout
  • Enable and provide data and insights to improve agent activity and
    productivity.

Digital Capability Enablement

  • Collaborate with Digital, Insights, and IT teams as the business user
    representative for digital tools and platforms aimed at improving sales
    productivity and active agents.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Engage multiple stakeholders confidently; resolve execution issues
    independently.
  • Prepare and provide regular management updates, insights, and
    recommendations.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong background in agency management and sales; experience in business
    planning, transformation, or implementation roles is an advantage.
  • Strong programme ownership and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly stakeholder-driven
    environment.
  • Comfortable with data, dashboards, and productivity metrics
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and resilient team player with strong attention to detail.
