About the Role
As per JDRoles and Responsibilities:
Initiative Ownership & Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned BIO initiatives, including lead generation,
LIG, and worksite marketing programmes, to improve agent productivity and
activation. - Develop execution plans, milestones, operating models, and success metrics.
- Monitor delivery risks and proactively propose mitigations.
- Support in dentifying partnership opportunities and translate them into
practical, scalable initiatives across districts.
Distribution & District Enablement
- Partner closely with Sales teams (SDOAs & BDMs) to achieve business
outcomes through district engagements, capability building, and programme
rollout
- Enable and provide data and insights to improve agent activity and
productivity.
Digital Capability Enablement
- Collaborate with Digital, Insights, and IT teams as the business user
representative for digital tools and platforms aimed at improving sales
productivity and active agents.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Engage multiple stakeholders confidently; resolve execution issues
independently. - Prepare and provide regular management updates, insights, and
recommendations.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in insurance or financial services.
- Strong background in agency management and sales; experience in business
planning, transformation, or implementation roles is an advantage. - Strong programme ownership and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly stakeholder-driven
environment. - Comfortable with data, dashboards, and productivity metrics
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Collaborative, proactive, and resilient team player with strong attention to detail.
