You will support and execute from end-to-end philanthropy and community development and engagement initiatives within Bitdeer Technologies Group, primarily focusing on Singapore but with scope to cover the rest of Southeast Asia and the APAC region where relevant. This role plays a key part in advancing our community engagement agenda to foster an ethical and socially responsible organization. You will work cross-functionally with various business units to integrate community engagement projects into daily operations and help realize our long-term community engagement goals. This position reports directly to the Director of Government Relations. 

What you will be responsible for:

Community Engagement Strategy & Project Development

  • Collaborate with business units to identify, prioritize, and implement community engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct gap analyses to assess existing practices against future community engagement targets.
  • Identify and source new community engagement projects, managing them from concept to completion.
  • Track and report on key programs, performance indicators, and relevant disclosures.


      Program Execution & Stakeholder Engagement

      • Plan and execute community engagement initiatives in Singapore and across the region, coordinating with internal stakeholders, community partners, and volunteers.
      • Ensure alignment of programs with the company’s strategic focus areas and track measurable outcomes.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, grassroots groups, educational institutions, and nonprofit partners.

      Internal Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

      • Integrate community engagement programmes into operational workflows.
      • Develop communication and marketing materials that support community engagement efforts.
      • Coordinate public relations activities and media responses pertaining to community engagement programmes.

      Monitoring, Reporting & Communications

      • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and social impact of community outreach programs.
      • Prepare high-quality written content including reports, case studies, and articles to showcase Bitdeer’s community engagement efforts.
      • Support timely and accurate responses to community engagement-related media queries by collaborating with relevant teams.

      Donations & Resource Management

          • Manage the corporate donation process, including tracking financial and in-kind contributions to community and nonprofit partners.
          • Ensure compliance and transparency in donation management and reporting.

          How you will stand out:

          • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma; experience in community outreach and engagement or related roles is a plus.
          • Proficiency in local vernacular languages or dialects (e.g., Hokkien, Malay, Tamil) would be an advantage, as the role involves regular engagement with diverse community groups and local associations.
          • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
          • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
          • Familiarity with community organizations, nonprofits, and grassroots outreach
          • Experience with navigating philanthropic and charity frameworks in Singapore, experience in other Southeast Asian and APAC markets is a plus.
          • Detail-oriented with proven event planning and execution skills.
          • Experience in developing and implementing public relations or communication campaigns is desirable.
