Drive commercialization of commercial banking products through go-to-market strategy, product positioning, campaigns, market intelligence, digital channel development, sales enablement, incentive programs, reporting dashboards, and cross-functional coordination. Analyze commercial and financial data, monitor KPIs and sales productivity, support product launches, and create training and presentation materials to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and advocacy.
Responsibilities:
Commercial Data and Financials
- Meet growth targets aligned with departmental goals (Key KPIs: NTB, NOII, NII)
- Ensure cost of acquisition and cost to serve are within budget allocated
- Prepare monthly reporting decks and commercialization dashboard
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution / Product Positioning / Market Intelligence
- Design and drive the GTM strategy for Commercial Banking products/services
- Develop and review campaigns, product bundles to drive awareness, conversion, retention and advocacy
- Review competitor landscape and review customer journey
- Establish digital channels to improve outreach and CX such as EVA/WA Bot, FX Online, DSME, OBCA etc
Sales Enablement and Sales Productivity
- Prepare training, tools and materials that enable effective product positioning and enhance customer engagement
- Tabulate and review Sales Incentive Program (SIP) for SME team
- Monitor sales productivity and propose sales campaign to drive additional efforts
Channels Management / Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with various departments such as marketing, transaction banking and retail banking
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong experience in marketing, commercialization or Go To Market strategy, preferably in financial services or fintech
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments/functions
- Experience launching and scaling new products is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to analysis data and provide valuable insights
- Good communication skills, written and spoken with the ability to communicate at all levels
