Strategic Partnerships and Alliances (SP&A) is a growing team, and this is an exciting opportunity to participate in our expansion and success. Our Partnerships Sales and Customer Success group consists of 50 team-membersglobally and we strive to deliver excellent service to our clients with our expert knowledge of FactSet’s Strategic Partnerships. Our client book consists of 500 Partnership clients globally, ~8,000 users, with $139M ASV spend. The team has achieved regular double-digit growth over time and generated $10M net ASV growth in FY23.  

Key business segments targeted by the Partnership Sales team include Self- directed retail brokers, Wealth tech, Financial Exchanges, Index providers, ESG providers, Regtech, Credit rating agencies, Management Consulting Firms, and any Fintech startups.

What You'll Do 

Client Solutions Associates begin their careers through a comprehensive development program, learning the FactSet ethos for providing excellent client service. Throughout the program, Client Solutions Associates will develop a wide array of skills and provide value to our clients by: 

  • Developing a deep knowledge base across our business, products, and clients 

  • Communicating with impact in person and over video calls while mastering presentation and public speaking skills both internally and externally 

  • Asking effective questions in various situations to gather information, uncover needs, and create solutions to foster a truly collaborative and consultative partnerships 

  • Defining key industry terms and concepts important to FactSet’s clients to be an industry expert 

  • Using advanced product knowledge and understanding of FactSet’s product suite to identify and implement solutions specific to client and user workflows including Excel modelling, company research, and portfolio analysis 

 

Following the successful completion of the training program, you will quickly become an integral part of the team and start taking up responsibilities as a FactSet Consultant by: 

  • Managing a group of accounts assigned to you, ensuring that the relationship is healthy and that the client is getting maximum value out of the FactSet software 

  • Customizing solutions to fit with individual client workflows and ensuring that the client can make efficient and accurate decisions using FactSet data and tools 

  • Effectively demonstrating the various product lines to clients and provide software training to individuals as well as small and large groups 

  • Visiting clients on a regular basis to provide face-to-face support, training and build strong relationships 

  • Working on longer term projects with clients to enable them to get value out of the FactSet product suite. 

  • Being effective problem solvers and providing creative solutions to the many question’s clients have in and around the use of FactSet. 

  • Answering day-to-day client queries and providing creative and complex solutions through our helpdesk. 

 

What We're Looking For 

The ideal Client Solutions Associate possesses the following qualifications: 

  • Proficient (read and write) in English and a secondary language (Mandarin Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia / Indonesia, Thai)  

  •  Finance / Technology professionals with less than 3 years of working experience 

  • A bachelor's degree (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance and Economics majors are preferred) 

  • Background or strong interest in a Finance or FinTech industry as well as a strong interest in data & technology solutions 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to come up with creative solutions 

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and client-facing skills 

  • Sound working knowledge of spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and databases 

  • Strong working knowledge of off-platform solutions (APIs, Datafeeds, Data ecosystems, etc.), AI tools, and Agentic workflows.
