Responsibilities include account strategy, requirements gathering, client advocacy, implementation of upgrades and trading workflows, connectivity projects, training, reporting, issue resolution, and coordination with product, engineering, support, implementation, sales, and pre-sales teams. The role requires financial markets expertise, project management, technical business analysis, SQL, FIX protocol knowledge, and understanding of securities trading and EMS systems.

Lead client-facing implementation projects for Pricing and Reference Data, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and ensuring effective communication across teams while mentoring junior members.
