Business Performance Intern

Job Summary

This internship will provide you with an opportunity to work with and learn from a team of professionals from around the world, and to gain exposure to the operation of Business Performance team of a reinsurance company, covering APAC region. You will be supporting the team on the main project revolve around the preparation and production of 3-year Operating Plan. 

Duration

3 months from August 2026 onwards 

Key duties and responsibilities

• Support the APAC Life and Health Performance team in the production of Operating Plan on IFRS 17 and SII basis

• Assist in the preparation of landing summary and dashboard

• Assist in preparation of the final memo on the Operating Plan

   

Required experience & competencies

• Prior internship experience will be a bonus, but not necessary

• Effective communication and interpersonal skill

• Good time management and organization skill 

• Experience with MS Excel and cashflow modelling is a plus
