Job Description:

To drive revenue growth, partner engagement, and market expansion for Nutanix and Omnissa solutions by executing strategic sales initiatives, enabling channel partners, and strengthening vendor relationships within the distribution ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Drive revenue targets for Nutanix and Omnissa product portfolios.
  • Identify and develop new partner accounts and new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive partner engagement.
  • Forecast monthly/quarterly revenue and ensure target achievement.
  • Track sales performance, margins, and rebate programs.
  • Prepare and manage accurate and competitive quotations.
  • Ensure timely turnaround of quotes to improve win ratios.
  • Manage deal registrations and protect partner opportunities.
  • Work closely with vendor and internal pricing teams for special pricing requests.

 

Partner Management & Enablement
  • Act as primary contact between distribution and channel partners.
  • Assist partners with:
    • Solution positioning
    • Deal structuring
    • Commercial alignment
  • Support partners with quotations, pricing strategies, and deal registration.
  • Conduct product updates and enablement sessions.
  • Identify partner capability gaps and align with vendor programs.

 

Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning & Execution
  • Develop quarterly and annual GTM plans aligned with vendor objectives.
  • Identify vertical-specific and solution-led campaigns.
  • Drive joint sales initiatives with partners.
  • Launch targeted promotional schemes and incentives.
  • Track campaign ROI and adjust strategy accordingly.

 

Vendor Relationship & Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Nutanix and Omnissa vendor teams.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) covering:
    • Revenue performance
    • Pipeline health
    • Market opportunities
    • Competitive landscape
  • Align on vendor programs, rebates, and marketing development funds (MDF).
  • Ensure compliance with vendor reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline
  • Sound knowledge/passion in IT industry/products/solutions preferred
  • Passion to work in the technology industry
  • Creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong team player and customer oriented
