Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and NVIDIA have partnered to deliver NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE, a suite of cutting-edge solutions designed to help businesses scale innovation and transform data into actionable insights. Combining HPE’s robust infrastructure with NVIDIA’s advanced AI technologies, these solutions enable organizations to tackle complex AI workloads, including large language models and machine learning deployments. This role is critical in advancing the HPE-NVIDIA collaboration and driving the adoption of NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE to accelerate customer success.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving joint business growth between HPE and NVIDIA within APAC. This role focuses on expanding market presence, building executive relationships, and enabling sales teams and partners to accelerate adoption of HPE + NVIDIA solutions, including AI Factory, Private Cloud AI, and GPU-based offerings.
You will be responsible for driving the strategic collaboration between HPE and NVIDIA, enabling customers to adopt cutting-edge AI solutions tailored to their business needs. Working closely with sales, pre-sales, and partner teams, you will execute go-to-market strategies, deliver enablement programs, and support deal acceleration.
Fluency in English and knowledge of the APAC market is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Alliance Growth – Own regional pipeline and revenue goals in alignment with global NVIDIA Alliance targets.
- Deal support – Collaborate with HPE sales teams and coordinate with NVIDIA to support deal acceleration, ensuring seamless execution. Provide High-level technical guidance and business support to drive the adoption of HPE-NVIDIA solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Partner Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners, resellers, and system integrators to scale joint opportunities. Plan and execute partner-focused events, campaigns, and promotions to raise awareness and drive adoption of HPE-NVIDIA solutions.
- Sales Enablement – Create enablement content, documentation, and training materials to support sales and partner teams. Engage and enable HPE’s internal sales teams and partners on HPE-NVIDIA Joint offerings. Design and execute segment-specific sales plays and enablement programs tailored to key customer verticals.
- Market Development – Lead joint marketing activities, events, and campaigns leveraging MDF to create new pipeline opportunities.
- Executive Engagement – Support and participate in key customer meetings, C-level roundtables, and alliance strategy reviews with NVIDIA. Build and maintain strategic relationships across HPE and NVIDIA, including Compute, HPC AI, and hybrid cloud business units.
- Regional Insights – Provide feedback to global alliance leadership on competitive trends, customer requirements, and regional growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with HPE sales, Presales, and marketing teams to operationalize campaigns and drive measurable outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of business development, channel management, or alliance management experience in enterprise IT.
- Proven track record in building and managing partner ecosystems to drive revenue growth.
- Relevant background of enterprise product, Server solution, Knowledge of IT trends, including AI/ML, Agentic AI, HPC, and Cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in enterprise AI solutions and ability to deliver training on complex products.
- Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and program management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and lead highly complex initiatives independently.
