Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to support execution of business improvement initiatives.
- Gather, draft, and refine business requirements in collaboration with users.
- Prepare business documentation (e.g., BRDs, workflows, meeting notes, proposals).
- Review and support creation of system functional requirement documents.
- Analyze project workload, adjust master schedules, and assist with planning activities.
- Analyze transaction data and business processes to fine-tune business logic.
- Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Assist in the development of the migration plan.
- Support PMO activities including meeting facilitation, weekly/monthly status reporting, and continuous improvement proposals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields.
- Solid experience in gathering and defining business requirements
- Practical knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Familiarity with the Financial Services industry and its operational environment
- Hands-on experience in performing data analysis
- Strong documentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Proven experience in business analysis and project management support roles.
- Knowledge of MAS Business Continuity Management (BCM) guidelines and familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
- Experience working in client-facing roles and/or in a consulting firm environment is a plus.
