Essential Responsibilities include: 

  • Performing schedule maintenance, consumable changes and troubleshooting on CMP tools 

  • Collaborate with Process team to maintain & improve module KPI - Assisting tool owner in projects and qualifications 

  • Working in a team to maintain tool up time and quality Other Responsibilities: - Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Diploma / Certificates in Engineering related courses - Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in semiconductor industry. 

  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal 

  • Physical Capacity Demands 

  • Physically fit for maintenance job 

  • Must be able to perform shift work on a 12-hour shift schedule in the cleanroom, day & night shift rotating on monthly basis 

  • Must be able to work per semi-conductor industry and GlobalFoundries protocol/requirements, wearing all required clean room protective clothing and equipment (smock, booties, face mask, nitrile gloves, safety glasses & plastic bump cap) throughout a 12 hour day (excluding breaks)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge on mechanical & electrical 

  • Basic knowledge on computer 

  • Microsoft Windows 

  • Microsoft Office 

  • Fast learning capabilities, able to work in team & able to work with good integrity
