About the Role
- Develop and maintain equipment assets register for the Venue and formulate an appropriate equipment replacement program that includes FF&E.
- In consultation with the Sports Hub FM – Hard Services team, ensure detailed routine, preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance planners are followed, and executed safely without affecting event and day-to-day operation and availability.
- Ensure that the technical and facility requirements of the Venue Safety and Certificate and statutory inspection are carried out and meet required standards with effective records kept.
- To investigate and respond to complaints from members of the public when they relate to Venue facilities and service delivery.
- To conduct an incident investigation and submit IR/IIR after identifying root cause with recommended corrective action in place.
- Review contractors/vendor's Work Authorisation requests and ensure full compliance with MOM WSHA and Sports Hub H&S policy.
- Support Kallang Wave Mall Mall Operator on property maintenance, fit out and reinstatement work to ensure compliance with the Singapore Standard Code of Practice.
- Develop a 5-year Life Cycle replacement plan with budgetary/estimated cost based on priority and condition of assets.
- Propose and execute life cycle project to seek management approval, prepare project Scope of Work, evaluate tender submission, and prepare contract approval paper.
- To manage and execute Variation as well as Ad hoc projects to meet project timelines without jeopardize venue events and operations.
- Carry out regular work and fire safety inspection during the event hiring period, raise non-conformance to Mall Operator and KASM to comply.
- Perform any related duties as required and directed.
- Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
