What You Can Expect

As an intern on the Capacity Planning team, your work will center on reporting, data analysis, and automation, including:

• Support WIP and inventory reporting by subcontractor within the Oracle system, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

• Build and maintain dashboards/reports that provide status updates to management on capacity, loadings, and order fulfilment.

• Analyze planning data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Collaborate with planners, IT, and cross-functional teams (engineering, test development, quality) to understand data sources and reporting needs.

• Participate in cross-functional projects that require consolidating and standardizing information sharing across organizations.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain management, Electronics, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, with specialisation in data analytics. 

• Preferably with related semiconductor assembly and planning experience 

• Good analytical and communication skills 

• Able to assist in system enhancement, preferably with good knowledge of IT, Oracle and Microsoft tools. Knowledge of PowerBI, Powerquery & Power Automate and/or RPA will be advantageous.
