About Our Team: 

The Corporate Treasury team plays a critical role in managing the bank's balance sheet, liquidity, interest rate risk, and capital. Within Corporate Treasury, the balance sheet management team is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the bank's FTP framework, which is essential for accurate product profitability measurement, business line performance assessment, and effective balance sheet management. We are committed to leveraging innovation to enhance our capabilities and decision-making.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical team member to join our FTP & Systems team. This role will be pivotal in evolving our FTP and ROE pricers, ensuring the successful integration of significant bank-wide projects.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will assist on business queries related to enterprise performance management, Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) and ROE pricers:

▪ Requirements Management:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Translate business needs into system configurations and enhancement specifications.

• Ideate, design, and articulate proposed system solutions to technology counterparts.

• Review system designs and specifications to ensure alignment with business requirements.

▪ System Configuration & Support:

• Manage and implement enhancements to applications supporting FTP curves, ROE calculations, and business pricing workflows.

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot FTP system parameters, curves, rules, and data interfaces.

• Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure the quality, integrity, and timely availability of data for FTP and ROE processes.

• Identify and implement system enhancements

▪ Project & UAT Coordination:

• Actively participate in projects integrating FTP and ROE systems with broader finance and data platforms, contributing to design, testing, and implementation.

• Prepare & execute test cases, define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) entry and exit criteria, and coordinate UAT with various Finance stakeholders.

▪ Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain all project documentation to a high standard, ensuring audit readiness.

▪ AI & Agentic Application & Innovation:

• Explore and evaluate potential applications of AI and Agentic techniques

• Develop and prototype AI and Agentic use cases using relevant tools and programming languages (e.g., Python with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Collaborate with data scientists and analytics teams to operationalize successful AI & Agentic use cases

Requirements

• Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science and Engineering Degrees will be preferred.

• Able to work with various stakeholders and technology teams in agile environment

• Strong analytical and problem-sowing skills.

• Excellent written and communication skills, especially in articulating requirements precisely and accurately.

• Must be delivery focused, meticulous and detail oriented

• Strong team player who can contribute as an individual and drive projects

• Strong knowledge in data analysis & software development life cycle

• Experience in Finance industry is preferred
