Manage full-spectrum finance operations for Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, including audits, taxation, and financial reporting, while driving process improvements and maintaining internal controls.

What You Can Do For Us
- Responsible for the full aspects of finance spectrum for Singapore, Taiwan & Hong Kong companies
- Involved in operational support from time to time to Trading floor in trade executions
- Validation of employee claims for our China office
- Perform payment and collection duties on AR and AP for APAC regions.
- Prepare financial reporting package in accordance with local GAAP to the management team based in Asia and USA.
- Review of balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring adequate follow ups of outstanding items
- Handling of external audits.
- Responsible for taxation that includes coordinating with our external tax consultants to ensure accuracy of various tax reports such as VAT, corporate tax and being compliant with tax regulations.
- Supports any government statistical surveys
- Develop and document business workflow processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Streamlining workflow processes to enhance better productivity.
- Analyze operational costs to maximize cost efficiency.
- Being a coordinator between local service providers / regulators / Financial Institutions and company employees for various finance related tasks
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of full set accounting experience, well versed in local taxation rules.
- Experience in working for an international company and multicultural environment.
- Must have experience with the workings of the statutory and tax requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus.
