You will be part of the global Technology Engineer team, responsible for setting up, maintaining, and supporting audio-visual and network equipment in seven offices across Asia. Your tasks include maintaining and supporting these systems, as part of a global team, performing regular maintenance and tests, and making sure they meet company standards at all.

Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication must be a key strength
Proven ability to create technical documentation
Self-motivated, with an ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
At least 5 years of experience within a multi-disciplinary global IT environment
Highly flexible, able to work weekends, evenings and extended hours only if necessary
Able to achieve results when working in a pressurized environment
Experience working in multiple regions and time zones with colleagues in North America and Europe
Proven track record in participating in complex Audio Visual and networking projects
Able to provide technological direction, guidance and oversight to service provider partners
A thorough understanding of troubleshooting, testing, analysis and corrective action within global corporate Audio/Video and Network environments, with experience supporting and troubleshooting the following technologies:
- Cisco audio visual systems (Cisco switches and routers)
- Crestron Video and Touch Panels (LogicMonitor)
- Shure Microphones (Structured cabling solutions)
- QSC Audio, Video and Control
- Extron table connectivity hardwareA positive if the following AV certifications are held – Degree in a relevant subject, CTS-D/I
A positive if the following IT certifications are held - CCENT (Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician) and ITIL foundation.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
