Leads VAST Data’s APJ pre-sales function, personally supporting complex AI infrastructure opportunities and executive customer engagements. Builds, coaches, and retains a distributed regional solutions engineering team; sets technical strategy; partners with sales, channels, alliances, product, and engineering; influences roadmap through customer and competitive insights; and represents VAST with partners, analysts, press, and the NVIDIA ecosystem. Requires extensive APAC travel and a Singapore base.

Own NVIDIA’s strategic alliance across APJ, serving as the primary relationship leader and defining regional engagement strategy. Execute co-selling, campaigns, executive briefings, customer programs, and events to generate qualified pipeline, influence deals, and grow partner-sourced revenue. Adapt engagement models across Japan, Korea, India, Southeast Asia, and ANZ while collaborating with sales, marketing, solutions architecture, product, and channel teams. The role requires strong AI infrastructure expertise, independent execution, and frequent APJ travel.

The Director of APAC Channels drives the Channel GTM strategy, recruits and trains teams, manages partnerships, and monitors performance to accelerate growth.

Embed with strategic customers to design, deploy, and operate large-scale distributed storage and AI infrastructure. Debug performance and networking issues, write code and automation, collaborate with customer engineers, and translate operational requirements into product improvements to ensure successful production deployments.

The Senior Sales Engineer assists customers with technical evaluations, develops sales strategies, and demonstrates expertise in storage products while supporting the sales team and its growth.

Provide hands-on post-sales technical support for enterprise storage customers: troubleshoot, resolve, escalate issues, perform field services (installs/upgrades), manage feature requests/bugs, and collaborate with sales, professional services, and engineering.
