Support and maintain Disney Cruise Line safety compliance and SMS across the fleet, focusing on Disney Adventure. Conduct ISM/SMS audits, lead investigations, liaise with Port State authorities, manage corrective actions, collaborate on newbuild/drydock compliance, prepare safety communications, serve as Deputy DPA, and drive continuous safety improvements.

Lead Product Manager for Disney Cruise Line (Singapore) defining product strategy, prioritizing backlogs, driving Agile practices, coordinating cross-functional delivery, leveraging data/AI insights, and representing local operations to fleet-wide teams.

Provide financial operations support for Disney Cruise Line: process payments and refunds, reconcile voyage and post-departure reports, manage travel agency accounts and group bookings, prepare month-end journal entries, resolve escalations, and improve processes while ensuring compliance with policies and internal controls.
