Provides proactive executive support to the Chief Counsel, APAC, and Legal team. Responsibilities include diary and meeting management, travel and expense coordination, event planning, budget and invoice administration, contract signing support, presentation and document preparation, and Legal Operations initiatives. The role requires confidentiality, discretion, strong organization, advanced Microsoft Office skills, stakeholder management, and digital proficiency, including AI tools, in a fast-paced global environment.

Designs, builds, tests, deploys, and monitors messaging solutions across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels. Partners with marketers to refine requirements, conducts user acceptance and peer-review testing, identifies deployment issues, and analyzes business impact through reporting and SQL queries. The role also supports experimentation, cohort relevancy tuning, documentation, agile collaboration, and critical-launch on-call coverage.

Supports Disney’s Talent Acquisition team by coordinating intern engagement events, developing employer branding and recruitment marketing content, managing content calendars, creating multimedia assets, supporting candidate experience initiatives, and assisting with sourcing, interview coordination, research, newsletters, and regional talent acquisition projects.
