Supports Relationship Managers serving private wealth clients through portfolio administration, client communications, account onboarding and maintenance, cash transfers, trade execution, transaction monitoring, compliance reviews, and preparation of investment materials. The role coordinates with operations and compliance teams, maintains accurate records, responds to client enquiries, resolves discrepancies, manages competing deadlines, and contributes to process improvement and client service initiatives.

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for private wealth clients (individuals, corporates, trusts, family offices, VCCs). Liaise between RMs, internal onboarding, operations and compliance teams to collect and validate KYC/AML/CDD documentation, track progress, support VCC administration, maintain records, and ensure timely, compliant account setup and ongoing maintenance.

Lead a wealth management team to grow client base and AUM, source and onboard HNW/UHNW clients, deliver investment advice and portfolio reviews, ensure KYC/AML and regulatory compliance, train and manage relationship managers, coordinate with investment teams, and represent the firm's brand while driving revenue and client experience.

Lead proposition development and end-to-end global and multi-regional marketing campaigns for Asia, manage a Marketing Executive, develop messaging and sales enablement, collaborate with product, sales and regional hubs, embed data-led campaign measurement and scale ABM and Seismic-enabled sales tools to drive client engagement and business growth.

Provide daily operational oversight for Active ETF lifecycle including PCF/basket file generation, validation and distribution; troubleshoot pricing and holdings breaks; coordinate exception resolution across Trading, PM, Ops, Tech and fund administrators; lead incident management, controls, vendor governance, UAT and continuous improvement to automate and reduce operational risk.

Acquire, advise, retain, and grow HNW/UHNW international and UK-connected client relationships, especially expatriates in Singapore. Provide tailored investment and wealth management solutions while addressing cross-border tax, residence, domicile, trust, offshore structure, suitability, AML/CFT, and regulatory considerations. Build a sustainable client book, generate revenue and assets, conduct portfolio reviews, coordinate with investment and external tax/legal specialists, and represent Schroders through meetings, events, and referrals.

Oversee end-to-end APAC fund operations, ensuring vendor performance, daily NAV oversight and issue resolution, regulatory and tax reporting, audit coordination, new fund/share class launches, process improvements, documentation maintenance, and junior staff development.

Support and maintain the firms compliance program by monitoring regulatory changes, advising business units, performing trade surveillance, assisting AML efforts, managing disclosures, reviewing client agreements and marketing materials, delivering training, and preparing compliance reporting to senior management and regulators.

Lead intermediary marketing for Hong Kong and South East Asia, managing teams in Hong Kong and Singapore. Translate business priorities into scalable, compliant campaigns, partner with senior stakeholders, oversee budget and governance, leverage Salesforce and marketing technology for segmentation and measurement, and represent Asia Marketing in regional leadership.
