Manage end-to-end KYC, AML, and client due diligence for APAC wealth management clients, including onboarding, periodic reviews, risk assessments, screening, remediation, and account closures. Review complex client structures and source-of-wealth and source-of-funds documentation, escalate higher-risk cases, maintain accurate records, support audits, and partner with Front Office, Compliance, Legal, Tax, and Operations. Contribute to process improvements and control enhancements.

Leads end-to-end KYC, AML, and client due diligence for Wealth Management clients across APAC. Oversees onboarding, periodic and trigger-event reviews, risk assessments, sanctions and adverse media checks, enhanced due diligence, documentation, escalations, audits, KPI reporting, and governance updates. Partners with Front Office, Compliance, Legal, Tax, Operations, Technology, and global AML/KYC teams. Drives process improvements, workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and operating model changes while managing complex client structures and regulatory risks.

Leads third-party risk management across APAC, overseeing supplier governance, regulatory compliance, due diligence, risk assessments, registers, monitoring, remediation, resilience, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Partners with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Operational Risk, Information Security, Business Continuity, and regional business owners to manage outsourcing and supplier risks throughout the lifecycle. Supports regulatory inquiries, audits, governance forums, process improvements, data quality, tooling enhancements, and regional adoption of global third-party risk standards.

Supports Relationship Managers in servicing private wealth clients through portfolio administration, account onboarding and maintenance, client communications, cash transfers, trade execution support, transaction monitoring, regulatory documentation, and suitability reviews. Coordinates with operations and compliance teams, prepares client materials, resolves discrepancies, manages competing priorities, and contributes to process improvements and client service initiatives.

Own talent acquisition processes from requisition setup through offers, interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding coordination. Manage ATS data, recruitment suppliers, purchase orders, reporting, cost tracking, inboxes, and sensitive people data. Serve as a recruitment systems subject matter expert, support process improvements and technology rollouts, and provide candidate and hiring manager concierge support. Mandarin fluency is required for regional stakeholder and candidate communication across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China.

Lead a wealth management team to grow client base and AUM, source and onboard HNW/UHNW clients, deliver investment advice and portfolio reviews, ensure KYC/AML and regulatory compliance, train and manage relationship managers, coordinate with investment teams, and represent the firm's brand while driving revenue and client experience.

Provide daily operational oversight for Active ETF lifecycle including PCF/basket file generation, validation and distribution; troubleshoot pricing and holdings breaks; coordinate exception resolution across Trading, PM, Ops, Tech and fund administrators; lead incident management, controls, vendor governance, UAT and continuous improvement to automate and reduce operational risk.

Support and maintain the firms compliance program by monitoring regulatory changes, advising business units, performing trade surveillance, assisting AML efforts, managing disclosures, reviewing client agreements and marketing materials, delivering training, and preparing compliance reporting to senior management and regulators.

Lead intermediary marketing for Hong Kong and South East Asia, managing teams in Hong Kong and Singapore. Translate business priorities into scalable, compliant campaigns, partner with senior stakeholders, oversee budget and governance, leverage Salesforce and marketing technology for segmentation and measurement, and represent Asia Marketing in regional leadership.
