Lead intermediary marketing for Hong Kong and South East Asia, managing teams in Hong Kong and Singapore. Develop and implement institutional business development strategies for Southeast Asia, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing institutional clients, prepare sales proposals and presentation materials, collaborate with internal teams and marketing, attend industry events, and guide client servicing to ensure high-quality onboarding, reporting, and contract-compliant service.

Acquire, onboard and advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored investment and wealth solutions. Manage client relationships, perform fact-finds and portfolio reviews, partner with specialists to deliver solutions, and ensure strict compliance with KYC, AML/CFT and suitability rules. Drive client acquisition, AUM growth, retention and pipeline management while supporting team coverage and client engagement activities.

Lead proposition development and end-to-end global and multi-regional marketing campaigns for Asia, manage a Marketing Executive, develop messaging and sales enablement, collaborate with product, sales and regional hubs, embed data-led campaign measurement and scale ABM and Seismic-enabled sales tools to drive client engagement and business growth.

Lead APAC impact assessments and delivery planning for global product and platform changes. Translate product strategy into prioritised, regulator‑aligned APAC delivery plans, act as regional product owner during delivery, manage stakeholders and governance, and ensure operational readiness, go‑live readiness and post‑implementation feedback into global product evolution.

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for private wealth clients (individuals, corporates, trusts, family offices, VCCs). Liaise between RMs, internal onboarding, operations and compliance teams to collect and validate KYC/AML/CDD documentation, track progress, support VCC administration, maintain records, and ensure timely, compliant account setup and ongoing maintenance.
