Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations from complex datasets to support operational and strategic decisions. Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to define KPIs and deliver data-driven solutions. Manage data structures, master data, and data integrity across systems. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities using Power Platform tools, perform predictive and statistical analysis, and provide forecasting and performance insights.

Prepare financial and management reports, perform variance analysis, support budgeting and special projects, liaise with intercompany and auditors, ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and Companies Act, support tax/GST filings, perform SOX/internal control activities, and drive finance continuous improvement.

Lead FP&A for a Singapore repair operation, including annual planning, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, monthly performance reviews, business cases, scenario modeling, and investment evaluations. Partner with operational and commercial leaders, improve forecast accuracy, automate reporting, support closing and governance, and coach the finance team. The role requires translating operational data into actionable insights while driving process improvement and finance transformation.
