Applications Engineer reviews customer requirements, technical specifications, drawings, and RFQs; prepares technical and commercial quotations, tender documents, cost analyses, and order documentation. The role selects pumps using proprietary tools, manages orders in CRM and ERP systems, supports sales teams, resolves customer inquiries, and coordinates with engineering, operations, and international stakeholders. Strong knowledge of pumping and mixing principles, P&IDs, technical documentation, and customer-facing technical sales is required.

Drive regional sales and profit targets for marine and offshore projects. Prepare technical proposals and tenders, lead commercial negotiations, develop business opportunities, manage projects from award to delivery, run customer events, collect market intelligence, and prepare sales reports.

Support facility quality assurance for products, processes, and equipment. Maintain and implement API and ISO quality management systems, ensure regulatory and customer compliance, manage documentation and calibration activities, participate in audits, track quality KPIs, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Drives profitable growth for NOV Rig Technologies’ capital equipment and aftermarket business. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, developing commercial proposals, conducting sales presentations, coordinating orders, monitoring market trends, maintaining forecasts and pipelines, and supporting customer satisfaction. Requires regular travel for customer meetings and business development.

Supports the Regional Sales Manager by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, acknowledging sales orders, invoicing, resolving customer and delivery issues, verifying purchase orders and payments, maintaining records, providing administrative support, and generating monthly ERP sales reports.

Provides technical support to Oil & Gas and Marine/Offshore clients, including piping system design, installation, maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Collaborates with engineering teams, conducts site visits, prepares technical reports, trains customers and service partners, communicates project updates, supports engineering process improvements, and ensures health, safety, and environmental compliance.
