Collaborates with engineering teams, conducts site visits, prepares technical reports, trains customers and service partners, communicates project updates, supports engineering process improvements, and ensures health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Drives profitable growth for NOV Rig Technologies’ capital equipment and aftermarket business. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, developing commercial proposals, conducting sales presentations, coordinating orders, monitoring market trends, maintaining forecasts and pipelines, and supporting customer satisfaction. Requires regular travel for customer meetings and business development.

Coordinates sales orders and project execution from receipt through fulfillment. Reviews purchase orders, verifies commercial and technical requirements, communicates pricing and delivery updates, tracks opportunities in customer portals, maintains accurate order records, and generates sales reports. Collaborates with engineering, marketing, planning, scheduling, and account representatives to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. Supports process improvements and uses approved AI tools for business processes.

Drive regional sales and profit targets for marine and offshore projects. Prepare technical proposals and tenders, lead commercial negotiations, develop business opportunities, manage projects from award to delivery, run customer events, collect market intelligence, and prepare sales reports.
