Drive regional sales and profit targets for marine and offshore projects. Prepare technical proposals and tenders, lead commercial negotiations, develop business opportunities, manage projects from award to delivery, run customer events, collect market intelligence, and prepare sales reports.
To drive profitable sales growth and expand NOV Fiber Glass Systems’ market presence in the Marine & Offshore sector by developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and delivering engineered composite piping solutions that meet customer and project requirements.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Drive sales to achieve annual revenue and profit target
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations and tender for marine and offshore projects
- Lead commercial negotiations with customers, agents and distributors
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region
- Maintain and develop sales pipeline and potential project opportunities.
- Lead and manage major projects from award to delivery
- Support and organize industry workshops, exhibitions and customer engagement events
- Promote company solutions and strengthen market branding
- Collect and analyze market intelligence and marine & offshore industry trends
- Prepare periodic sales reports
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Marine, Chemical or related)
- 3 - 5 years of Sales experience, project management or business development in the Marine & Offshore market will be an advantage
- Experience with B2B tendering, bidding and contract negotiations
- Willingness to extensive travel
