Senior Sales Engineer - Marine & Offshore

We are seeking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Marine and Offshore Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key offshore and marine projects and building strong relationships with customers and industry partners across the region. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with leading Marine owners, Major Shipyards and Offshore operators, contributing to International projects in the Marine and Offshore Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales to achieve annual revenue and profit target
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations and tender for marnine and offshore projects
  • Lead commercial negotiations with customers, agents and distributors
  • Identify and develop new business opportunties within the region
  • Maintain and develop sales pipeline and potential project opportunities.
  • Lead and manage major projects from award to delivery
  • Support and organize industry workshops, exhibitions and customer engagement events
  • Promote company solutuions and strengthen market branding
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence and marine & offshore industry trends
  • Prepare periodic sales reports

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Degree / Dipolma in Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Marine, Chemical or related)
  • 3 - 5 years of Sales experience, project management or business development in the Marine & Offshore market will be an advantage
  • Experience with B2B tendering, bidding and contract negotiations
  • Willingness to extensive travel
