Support facility quality assurance for products, processes, and equipment. Maintain and implement API and ISO quality management systems, ensure regulatory and customer compliance, manage documentation and calibration activities, participate in audits, track quality KPIs, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
Support facility’s Repair business in Quality Assurance of product, process, equipment. Ensure facility
conform and/or compliance to customers’, regulation & company requirements and Global QA/BPA
standard, procedure & process.
- Maintain/ develop processes and procedures requirement for API/ ISO QMS
- Implement process for API/ ISO QMS
- Liaise with customers & regulator bodies for quality related questions
- Drive facility wide focus on QMS
- Drive QA initiatives to ensure compliances with our QMS and efficient operations
- Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods & activities to assure effective use of resources and equipment
- Work with Quality & Operations team to ensure compliance with facility/ company’s use of current procedures & processes
- Ensure documentation/ technical literature is managed in accordance with all regulatory/ contractual requirements
- Maintain alignment with corporate Pressure Control Group & SOP directives
- Serve as the primary quality assurance resource to department head for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement. Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Track and report quality department KPI/ Objectives.
- Manage calibration of IMTE
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Quality Manager
- Min 3 yrs working experience
- Min Diploma in engineering or equivalent combination of education & experience in engineering field.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time in both controlled & uncontrolled climates
- Ability to wear prescribed PPE i.e. hard hat, steel toe boots, safety glasses etc.
- Ability to work overtime when required to meet schedule/dateline.
- Experience working with ISO 9001/API-Q1 QMS standard.
- Good English written & communication.
