Create and manage branded social media content for Carousell Luxury across Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, and other channels. Responsibilities include planning content calendars, developing video and static concepts, producing visual assets, posting daily, and optimizing content with the marketing team to improve engagement and meet KPIs.

Manage and retain existing automotive finance and insurance customers by serving as primary contact, resolving enquiries, processing policy documentation, coordinating endorsements and renewals, and recommending relevant products. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate records, timely billing and policy issuance, and continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
