As a Sales & Insurance Executive, you will generate leads, consult on financing and insurance solutions, and manage documentation and customer accounts to drive revenue growth in the automotive sector.

Create and manage branded content for Carousell Luxury across Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu and other channels. Conceptualize and execute video and static assets, plan and post content daily, collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content for KPIs, and grow engagement and brand awareness.

As a Client Advisor, you will provide exceptional service to luxury goods clients, build lasting relationships, and maintain store presentation standards.

Support livestream preparation and host assistance, appear on livestreams when needed, create and edit short-form content for TikTok and Reels, assist in-store retail sales and customer enquiries, update sales and livestream trackers, and perform ad hoc content and operational tasks.

Own month-end close for deferred and recognised revenue, ensure ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance, automate and improve revenue processes, partner with data/product teams for reporting and forecasting, and drive adoption of AI/ML tools to enhance revenue recognition accuracy.

Create and curate social content aligned to REFASH branding across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and the website; spot trends and propose viral content ideas and campaigns; manage community engagement (comments/DMs); collaborate with Marketing on content calendars, partnerships, and activations; use AI tools to speed ideation and production; perform ad-hoc marketing tasks.
