Build and deploy AI-powered skills, workflows, and agents for internal teams. Translate ambiguous business problems into working solutions, make architecture and cost-latency-security tradeoffs, debug production issues, and measure outcomes after launch. The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on GenAI and agentic workflow experience, end-to-end shipping ability, and full-stack literacy.

Supports end-to-end retail store operations, including customer service, inventory receiving and auditing, product testing and labeling, listings, trade-ins, deliveries, and product movements. Tracks operational performance and recommends improvements while gaining experience in inventory management, logistics, process improvement, and teamwork.

Works in partner stores selling and promoting new and pre-owned mobile devices through in-store and online channels. Assists customers with sales, trade-ins, and product questions; performs data entry and administrative tasks; picks, packs, stocks, and displays electronics; and maintains an organized store. Requires retail experience, communication skills, basic computer and POS knowledge, and willingness to learn mobile devices and diagnostics.
