  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and account records in accordance with internal procedures and service standards.

2. Customer Retention & Relationship Development

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through consistent and professional account servicing.

  • Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through relevant product recommendations, renewals, insurance, and other value-added services..

  • Provide clear and accurate information on insurance options, pricing, and applicable terms in line with underwriting guidelines and internal policies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth processing and resolution of customer requests.

3. Policy & Documentation Management

  • Prepare and review all insurance documentation, applications, and endorsements prior to processing.

  • Handle policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and billing adjustments.

  • Coordinate the issuance of invoices, refunds, and policy documents in a timely manner.

4. Operational Excellence & Collaboration

  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness across internal systems and customer records.

  • Liaise closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) and external partners (insurers, banks, customers).

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate appointments efficiently.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills with a strong customer-first mindset.

  • Confident in conducting needs assessments, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

  • Detail-oriented with good Excel and documentation handling skills.

  • A proactive learner with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
