Job Description

About the role

Carousell Luxury is growing, and this role sits at the centre of it. You’ll build and run our partner network, working with professional resellers, dealers and trade partners to unlock new growth for the business.

This is a zero-to-one role with real ownership. You’ll test new commercial models, prove the numbers, and help decide what scales. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Tech, Operations, Retail, Finance and Legal.

What you’ll do

Grow our Brand Fair reseller network

  • Recruit and manage professional resellers to exhibit at Carousell Luxury Brand Fairs, and grow partner participation event by event
  • Own the event calendar: plan dates (including peak long weekends), secure venues well in advance, and make each event commercially viable

Build B2B partnerships

  • Develop new B2B partnerships with high-volume luxury resellers and dealers
  • Design partner processes end to end, working closely with Operations and Retail so they run smoothly without adding to the team’s workload
  • Negotiate terms, sign and manage partners, and track performance weekly
  • Make data-driven calls on when to scale, adjust or stop a pilot

Own the numbers

  • Set targets, track partner performance, and report progress to leadership every week

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in B2B partnerships, business development or wholesale, ideally in luxury, resale or retail
  • Strong commercial judgement: you can size a deal, negotiate terms, and know when to scale or exit a pilot
  • An operator’s mindset: you design processes that work on the ground
  • Comfortable owning targets and reporting against them weekly
  • Self-driven and at home in ambiguity, with a track record of building something new
  • A network among luxury resellers and dealers in Singapore is a strong plus

Why join us

  • Build new partnerships and channels from the ground up, with real ownership and visibility to leadership
  • Work at the intersection of luxury, recommerce and marketplaces at Southeast Asia’s leading recommerce platform
  • A cross-functional role where your decisions directly shape how the business grows
